1.2. To use some of our services, you will need to register by submitting online registration forms to Goyeta. You will therefore need to provide your true first and last names and your email address to us. For some services, you may also be required to provide your phone number and physical street address. While using some of our services, you will also be able to upload information, documentation and other content to Goyeta’s servers.

We have taken precautions to protect your personally identifiable information and other content through implementation of passwords, encryption and other security measures, thus limiting who can access your information. Only those of our employees will have access to your personally identifiable information that have a need for such assess in order to perform their employment duties.

If you close your Goyeta account, your personally identifiable information and content will generally be deleted within 30 calendar days, except that we may keep your information as may be necessary to comply with our regulatory requirements or legal obligations, implement and enforce our Terms of Service Agreement, maintain and protect security, or to prevent and stop illegal activity or fraud.
We do not share your personally identifiable information or any other content that you may provide to Goyeta with any third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your express permission.
We do not participate in any partnerships or joint ventures with third parties where such parties would be allowed to copy or collect any information or content on our website. In fact, we expressly prohibit any third parties from copying, harvesting, scraping or compiling any information or data from our website.
You can review the accuracy of your name, email, address, phone numbers and other personally identifiable information by logging into your account and visiting the “Account” page. You can update the information by submitting relevant online forms that are available on the “Account” page. You may also contact us by email with any questions or concerns.
5.1. We do not collect visitor data for the purpose of determining a visitor’s browsing habits or to build a profile of behavior and interests. We will not share any online tracking information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your express permission.
5.2. Some browsers allow web users to send the “Do Not Track” (DNT) requests to websites. However, there is currently no common understanding as to how websites should properly interpret and comply with the DNT signals. For that reason, we currently do not respond to DTN requests or take any actions in connection with such requests.
6.1. Goyeta uses online web servers and cloud data storage services provided by specialized vendors and service providers. Your information and content may be hosted and stored on the servers and data storage devices provided by such vendors. We have implemented security measures to prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of such hosted and stored information and content. However, you must realize that no technology in the world is infallible and no security measures are 100% effective. Although unlikely, a low chance of a security breach always remains when it comes to your online information. By providing your information online, you therefore assume the risk that your information might get exposed to third parties due to a hacking attack or other security breach.
6.2. Certain vendors may provide maintenance, audit, fraud detection, technology development and other services to Goyeta and may therefore gain access to your content and personally identifiable information. Any such access will be restricted to what the vendors may reasonably need in the regular course of business, in order to provide their services to Goyeta.
